Jeff is great with my dog. It was a long search to find a dependable pet sitter who can handle my 80-lb dog. Jeff has always shown up on schedule, can handle KJ without strong-arming him, communicates on how the walks go and makes sure KJ has everything he needs before he goes.      Jeff Bittner is a wonderful resource for our C-U dog loving community.  In my role as a professional trainer, I recognize that many behavioral challenges stem from our dog’s lack of exercise. This is particularly true of good old-fashioned neighborhood walks, walking politely on a leash, becoming desensitized to the ambient smells, sights, and sounds of their ‘territory’. It can be difficult to carve out the time from a busy workday for mid days walk with our dogs. Jeff’s services can greatly impact the quality of your dog’s life and lead to a much more harmonious household.
     Jeff walks my three dogs –  Cole, Charlie, and Roxie - two 70Ib standard poodles and a 6lb toy poodle. They are quite a sight! He continues to reinforce their polite leash training, walking nicely – without pulling, sitting before crossing the road, not going completely bonkers when they see a squirrel or rabbit!
     We love having Jeff in our lives. He has a wealth of experience and is utterly reliable. Our dogs adore him. We have busy lives and like most people end up spreading ourselves a bit thin. Jeff’s services have simplified our daily schedules and have added greatly to our canine friend’s lives.

           Our jobs require us to be out of town frequently, often on short notice. Jeff has been very willing to work with our unpredictable schedules. We appreciate his flexibility, and know we can count on him to spend some quality time with ACE when we can't. Jeff is professional, and regularly keeps us informed about ACE's attitude and well-being on his visits, as well as the state of our house. We find him trustworthy and knowledgeable. Plus he's a really nice guy, and ACE likes him a lot.

           Luc is a yellow lab puppy with a whole lot of energy. Unfortunately, my husband and I can not always make it home at lunchtime to feed Luc and take him for a walk.  I was very lucky to be referred to Jeff by our dog trainer.  Jeff has a flexible schedule, and when I have to go out of town at the last minute, he has always been able to come and help out with Luc.  Jeff also values communication highly....after every visit, he leaves a note explaining what went right and what went wrong.  Another thing I really like about Jeff is the fact that he is technologically-savvy, and can deal with requests/bookings re: e-mail.  With my busy schedule, this is so convenient!  Jeff is a clear thinker who knows how to handle issues that crop up (and puppies certainly have them! :-)  I am looking forward to having Jeff be a regular part of Luc’s life as he grows and matures

           After having to put my house up for sale, I was presented with a real dilemma. What do I do with my dogs?  Whom do I entrust with their care?  Never knowing a dog walking service even existed, I started with my Vet, All Creatures Animal Hospital.  Jeff Bittner came highly recommended by the staff.  What really sold me was when he met Lillie and Dozer in person.  I could tell he had spent time with animals before.  My dogs aren’t very nice to strangers!

           Having found Jeff was like being sent “an angel from heaven.” Moving is stressful enough, but keeping my dogs in the garage or boarding them all day just wasn’t an option. What started as someone to take the dogs for a walk while the realtor showed the house, has blossomed into regular weekly walks and overnight visits when I need to go out of town.

           Jeff is a responsible, trustworthy and valuable person in our life right now.  Dozer, Lillie, Kevin and I will miss him when it’s time to move.  Especially his cute little notes reporting on how my guys did that day.

           We just wanted to say that we love Jeff and looked forward seeing him everyday on our midday walks.  We are very strong, energetic and social dogs who love our owners.  Jeff allowed us to go out and socialize with other people, while at the same time allowing our owners some guilt free time during the day knowing that we were being well taken care of.  Jeff is very punctual, responsible and caring.  We also enjoyed the fact that he filled our water dishes, and gave us some great doggie treats, but only when our owners said so.  He gave us plenty of exercise and worked on our training.  We are going to miss Jeff greatly when we move to New York!!!!
